Job Description

Looking for an Independent and self-motivated person with the ability to grow relationships with clients and staff. Open minded to new ideas and thought processes.  Ability to work under pressure when adversity strikes.  Interested in learning new things, expanding knowledge and taking myself to new levels. Real Estate license not needed.

 

Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Knowledge of Google Chrome Browser & E-mail functions - Google contact management system.

Updating client data base – CRM=Contact Relationship Management

Perform Daily tasks from CRM & instructions manual

Printing our letters and envelopes

Preparing monthly mailers

Writing personal notes

Schedule and follow up with inspectors, transaction coordinators and clients.

Schedule home showings

Designing home flyers.

Inputting photos into MLS = Multiple Listing Service.

Writing up MLS paper work and contracts when needed.

Set up showing appointments.

Putting together client appreciation gifts

Make sure office supplies are stocked.

Weekly update of internet advertising

Face book business page administration.

Web site administration and new page development.

Mail & Distribute just listed and just sold cards

Update job description and instruction manual as needed.

Send out birthday cards to past clients on a daily basis.

Keep seller and buyer books up today and stocked.

Weekly Interaction & updates with buyers and sellers.

 Starting Pay is $12.00 an hour. Looking for 3 days a week - 5 hours a day. Can work into more time if wanted.
